The Project

MPN WOODS located on Kanakpura road lies in close proximity to the exclusive Tataguni estate, which was home to the legendary Russian artist Svetoslav Roerich and his actress wife Devika Rani, making the property one of the most premium locations, with unending views of lush greens around.

The site, with unmatched serenity, is a land with steep sloping natural topography on two sides with a flat land on the higher elevation consisting of several existing trees on the periphery, which would be retained and maintained for the end users, adding more breathing space.

Capturing the potentialities of the site based on its beautiful context, the planning imbibes a completely site sensitive approach respecting the distinct slope of the land. The project holding 171 apartments is designed with an intent to generate an exquisite Villa like feel to each unit with Split (Duplex) levels for every flat.
